Creator vs. Admin 2: Which Side, Pete?
Here we are. Revisiting the same ongoing theory I use when speaking about my, and others, positions in my career: The Creator vs. Admin Theory. This go 'round, I'm applying things to my situation.
Simple thought: should I be free and be a more professional creator, or go down the road that'll have me in leadership positions? Should I push my emceeing, DJing, radio personality, and professor roles to higher spots...or be a director, chair, or even a president at an university?
Decisions...or I can do both (that's my thinking, but again...we're here).
